After your 7-day trial, your account moves automatically to Creator monthly — no action needed, and we email you two days before. You'll only be charged once the trial period ends. If you decide Lumethos isn't right for you, cancel in one click before the trial ends and you won't be billed.
Tokens are the currency for AI-powered features within Lumethos — things like auto-transcription, smart clip generation, virality scoring, and social post suggestions each consume a certain number of tokens. Paid plans include a monthly token allocation that resets on your billing date; the free trial comes with a one-time allowance for its 7 days.
Yes — you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. Both are prorated and take effect immediately: an upgrade unlocks the higher allowances right away, and a downgrade adjusts allowances right away with the unused remainder credited toward your new plan.
We offer a 7-day free trial — your card is verified at signup and charged only when the trial converts to Creator monthly. We don't currently offer a permanent free tier, but our Creator plan is designed to be affordable for solo creators.
Creator Team uses usage-based billing — not per-seat. You invite contributors to your workspace for free and everyone shares the same token and storage pool. The workspace owner manages billing; admins can manage contributors and workspace settings.
Lumethos accepts all major video formats — MP4, MOV, M4V, AVI, MKV, and WEBM. Exports render as MP4 in each target format: vertical, square, and wide.
Absolutely. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings and your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. Please note: after your subscription lapses, any remaining tokens — including purchased top-ups — are forfeited.
Subscriptions are non-refundable: when you cancel, your access continues until the end of your current billing period. Add-ons are non-refundable. And the 7-day free trial lets you try everything before you pay.
